Stomach Drop Roller Coaster

Polish Windows, Polish, Excel, plain CSV, comma, full stop ...

U pkota description frustrating opening CSV windowsach in Polish with Polish Excel - below I've included how to work around for those who open more than one CSV day:

Excel recognizes CSV separator according to the setting list separator in the Control Panel in Windows regional settings ...

BUT

... unfortunately the setting for decimal point takes precedence - in Polish is also the default setting is a comma. CSV to actually work as intended, you must also move the decimal point in the period (.).

you change using regedit (CPanel is lamerski ;))

HKEY_USERS \\ tu_wybierz_własny_profil \\ Control Panel \\ International

sList on, and sDecimal on. and logoff (and how)

CSV file of the form

1,2,3
a, b, c

loads as intended . Poured! ((C) pkot)

Another thing that the system now displays a dot instead of comma All decimal numbers;)
